Southcoast Fire Tryouts

The first Tryouts for the Southeast's newest professional basketball team, the Southcoast Fire, was held Saturday June, 22, 2013 at Trinity Baptist College, 800 Hammond Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
The Southcoast Fire is a semi-pro basketball team in the American Basketball Association(ABA).
Southcoast Fire Head Basketball Coach, Willie Ponds, talked about the tryout. "I thought we had a great turnout with wonderful energy. Players were involved and ready to learn. Our staff was excellent and committed. I think this is going to be an outstanding start to our upcoming season."

The  tryout continues  tomorrow, Sunday, June 23, starting at 1:00pm at Trinity Baptist College.
